They have an excellent variety of poker games to choose from and the software is top notch with many innovative and useful functions that are often updated.

While the graphics are good, there are no avatars representing the players. Customer service support is only available via email, although players are able to email and request telephone assistance. They do not offer a large number bonuses and their loyalty program is limited for existing players.
